GDPR - Terms of processing personal data of guests
On the basis of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform you that we process your personal data in connection with your stay. This is the data that you give to the reception at the time of accommodation for entry in the Guest Book. These are recorded in the hotel’s information system for the duration of your stay. They are also used to fulfill legal obligations towards the Municipal Office, the Foreign Police and the Tax Office. To facilitate accommodation (check-in), we also keep them for your next possible visit. Due to legitimate interest, in accordance with Act 480/2004, we also use them for sending e-mail offers. The option to refuse this sending is part of every message. You have the right to their listing, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, submission of an objection, withdrawal of consent and submission of a complaint.

In cases where your name or other contact information is provided for the purpose of providing services, the possibility of abuse is almost impossible and it is necessary for these activities. Therefore, we consider this legitimate interest of ours to be predominant and we do not recognize objections. |
| Withdraw consent to processing | This is possible in cases where the processing is based on consent. If you have given your consent to the processing and revoke it, the processing will be terminated. |
