GDPR - Terms of processing personal data of guests

On the basis of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform you that we process your personal data in connection with your stay. This is the data that you give to the reception at the time of accommodation for entry in the Guest Book. These are recorded in the hotel’s information system for the duration of your stay. They are also used to fulfill legal obligations towards the Municipal Office, the Foreign Police and the Tax Office. To facilitate accommodation (check-in), we also keep them for your next possible visit. Due to legitimate interest, in accordance with Act 480/2004, we also use them for sending e-mail offers. The option to refuse this sending is part of every message. You have the right to their listing, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, submission of an objection, withdrawal of consent and submission of a complaint.

Request a statementThis is a statement of the data we keep about you, the so-called right of access. We will make the statement in a format according to our capabilities. You do not have the right to request a statement in the format you specify. The exception when we are not allowed to make a statement are cases concerning documents, the publication of which would endanger the rights and freedoms of other persons. Request deletionWe must delete it in cases where we have stored personal data after the specified storage period or we do not have a valid legal title.
By law, we are not allowed to perform deletion in cases where the processing is carried out under the title Performance of a contract or Legal obligations.
Request restriction of processingThis refers to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest.
Processing will be restricted in the event of an objection, and the restriction will last for the duration of the assessment of the objection.
Object to processingAn objection can be filed in cases where the processing is carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest. Objection to the sending of commercial messages will always be recognized. In cases where your name or other contact information is provided for the purpose of providing services, the possibility of abuse is almost impossible and it is necessary for these activities. Therefore, we consider this legitimate interest of ours to be predominant and we do not recognize objections.
Withdraw consent to processingThis is possible in cases where the processing is based on consent. If you have given your consent to the processing and revoke it, the processing will be terminated.
Request a statement in a portable formatYou can request a statement in a portable format only in cases of processing based on legal titles - performance of contract and consent.

Object to automated decision-makingWe do not carry out any processing based on automated decision-making.
File a complaint with the supervisory authorityIf we do not respond to your request within 1 month, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
